Principal, Financial Adviser
Aaron studied civil engineering and finance at the University of Colorado, Denver. He spent nearly 6 years as a HUNCH Engineer with NASA focusing on hydrology in micro-gravity environments and as a Civil Engineering professional with the Mile High Flood District focusing on stormwater management systems. His love for problem solving extended beyond the engineering world with a career shift to Finance in 2021.
He works as a Financial Advisor with Eagle Strategies, LLC, a Registered Representative with NYLIFE Securities, LLC, and an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company with a focus on the helping clients in the engineering market. He is FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licensed. In his additional studies, Aaron has earned numerous designations from the American College of Financial Services including the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), Financial Services Certified Professional (FSCP®), Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), and Wealth Management Certified Professional (WMCP®).
He lives with his beautiful wife, Michelle, who is his backbone and constant motivation to live the most fulfilling life. Without her support, none of this would be possible.

Dwaine, a Certified Financial Planner professional, is a Corporate Vice President and Financial Planning Consultant with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for supporting Eagle’s advisors with fee-based holistic financial planning case development and overall planning best practices. Dwaine has over 10 years of experience within the financial services industry and specializes in helping individuals and families work toward pursuing their financial goals. Dwaine worked as an Executive Financial Planner at Goldman Sachs prior to joining Eagle Strategies. Dwaine is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Jacqueline is a Senior Associate and Financial Planning Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for supporting Eagle Advisors through the financial planning process, including helping advisors leverage eMoney Advisor, assisting in data reviews, case design, and plan creation. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2018, Jacqueline worked at Lincoln Financial Advisors, and was also a Wealth Manager with LPL Financial. Jacqueline graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics and is a CFP® practitioner. Jacqueline is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Howard is a Certified Financial Planner and Corporate Vice President with Eagle Strategies, a subset of New York Life. He is responsible for supporting Eagle’s advisors with holistic comprehensive financial planning, coaching, and sharing best practices. Howard has nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry and has a passion for helping people achieve financial success. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies, Howard worked for Charles Schwab and a boutique RIA where he specialized in working with high-net-worth households. He holds a BS in Mathematics and minor in Business from the University of Oregon. Howard is FINRA 7 and 66 licensed.

Alexis is a Certified Financial Planner™ and Financial Planning Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life. She is responsible for supporting Eagle’s advisors with the financial planning process. This includes but is not limited to case development, coaching, best practices, and leveraging financial planning tools. Alexis has been working in the financial services industry since 2014 and has held positions on the Wealth Management Team at UBS in addition to serving as Director of Planning at Lincoln Financial Group. Alexis graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a concentration in Financial Planning. In addition to being a CFP® practitioner, she is also FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Sal is a Corporate Vice President and Financial Planning Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, responsible for supporting Eagle’s advisors with financial planning case development, coaching, and planning best practices. Sal’s areas of expertise include tax planning, executive benefits, insurance, estate, and retirement planning. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies, Sal worked as an Executive Financial Planner at The Ayco Company, a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Sal has over six years of client-facing financial planning experience with high- and ultra-high-net worth clients. Sal graduated from Queens College of the City University of New York and from Rutgers School of Law–Newark. Sal is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed and holds Life and Health licenses.
Portfolio Specialist
Tim is a Corporate Vice President and Portfolio Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for analyzing financial statements and offering guidance in positioning asset managers in client portfolios. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2015, Tim was a Senior Director at Oppenheimer Asset Management where he partnered with financial advisors to present investment solutions to prospective clients and client portfolio reviews to their high-net-worth and institutional clients. Tim has over 15 years of investment experience and earned a BBA in Business Management from Hofstra University. Tim is FINRA Series 7 and 65 licensed.

Patrick Forand is a Senior Associate and Internal Consultant with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for providing customized wealth management solutions to advisors and affluent clients. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2017, Patrick was an Investment Specialist with Merrill Lynch. He has 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, also spending time with the Operations & Service team within Eagle Strategies. Patrick is a graduate of Providence College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is FINRA Series 7, 63, 66 and 24 licensed.

Joseph Guglielmo is a Senior Associate of Eagle Strategies. Joseph joins us with over eight years of experience working with Financial Advisors and their clients. He specializes in wealth management strategies and investment portfolio construction and analysis. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies, Joseph held Wealth Management positions at Oceanstate Financial Services, AMG Funds, and Oppenheimer & Co. Joseph earned his FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses and has a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Rhode Island.

With a broad understanding of the financial services industry and the unique needs of clients, she takes a holistic approach to financial planning and enjoys the challenge of putting together all the pieces to see the full picture. Sarah is dedicated to helping clients navigate their financial journey with confidence.

Robert is a Corporate Vice President and Portfolio Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for analyzing financial statements and offering guidance in positioning asset managers in client portfolios. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2020, Robert worked as a National Accounts Manager for Invesco responsible for new business development and client relationship management with institutional platforms offering wealth management and retirement solutions. He has over 20 years of experience within Financial Services holding sales and investment product management positions at BNY Mellon, Merrill Lynch and Prudential. He earned an MBA degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BS degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. Robert is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Jeff is Senior Associate and Internal Consultant with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for providing customized wealth management solutions to advisors and their affluent clients. Jeff’s areas of expertise include the active management space with an emphasis in international markets, REITs, and alternative investments. Jeff joined Eagle Strategies from our parent company New York Life’s NYLIFE Securities Operations team and New York Life’s subsidiary, New York Life Investment Management LLC where he held a sales role. Prior to joining New York Life, Jeff worked as a Regional Advisor Consultant at Oppenheimer Funds where he helped drive sales in the Northern Virginia region, making it the number one region in 2015. Jeff also worked at Citigroup in a sales support role. Jeff earned a BA in Communications from SUNY Albany, is FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed, and is fluent in Spanish.

Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2020, Sean worked as the Director of the Case Consulting Unit in MassMutual’s financial planning department. At the time Sean joined Eagle, he came to the position with nineteen years of financial planning experience supporting financial planners’ practices. Sean earned a BS in Management Science and a minor in Marketing from Kean University. Sean is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed.

Jon-Paul is a Senior Associate and Internal Consultant with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for providing customized wealth management solutions to advisors and affluent clients. Jon-Paul has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, including serving on the sales side and supporting clients at Advisor Group and IndexIQ. Jon-Paul earned a BA from Wagner College and is FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed.

Howard is a Corporate Vice President and Financial Planning Specialist with Eagle Strategies, a subsidiary of New York Life, and is responsible for supporting Eagle’s advisors with financial planning case development, coaching, and planning best practices. Prior to joining Eagle Strategies in 2014, Howard worked as Director of the Case Consulting unit in MetLife’s financial planning division. In this capacity, he led a team of consultants in developing customized, client-centric solutions. He established critical metrics for both his team and the financial planning department as a whole, including plan implementation. Howard has created over 1,000 financial plans in his career and has been actively involved with the training of advisors and staff with a particular focus on transitioning to a holistic planning practice as well as establishing best practices and efficiencies to streamline the planning process. Howard earned a BA in English from Ithaca College. Howard has been a CFP® charterholder since 1996 and is an active member of the Financial Planning Organization (FPO).
